Ordering custom made
Required measurements for items designed by Pink Mason can be found in the Size page. Tips on how to take your measurements properly are listed.

Shipping

Every costume is custom made to each person's specific measurements and color/fabric request. All items/sets will take between 2 to 6 weeks to complete depending on current volume of orders. This does not include the 5 to 7 business days needed for delivery. You can elect to pay the rush order fee and receive your piece by an earlier completion date (Please refer to further details below.)

Rush Order

Rush Orders must be pre-approved and cost $90. This fee guarantees that your order will put at the top of the production list. Otherwise, your order will be processed in the order that it was received. The earliest we can complete your order is within 10 to 14 Business Days. Starting from the date of payment and submission of measurements. Process can not begin without required measurements.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

A confirmation email will be sent with tracking number and carrier name once your order has been shipped. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal, Chase Quick Pay, Credit or Debit Cards, (Visa, American Express, MasterCard)

How do I measure myself?

We have a great guide in the Size page to help you take the most accurate measurements. You will need measuring tape which can be found at your local convenience store or pharmacy for $1. Local tailor/alteration shops, Victoria Secret, or David Bridal can also take your measurements for free.

Can you make me a custom design that is not on the site?  

We can make a design that is currently displayed in our shop or we can create something new. Please refer to the How it Works page for more information. 

Returns & Refunds

Since every product is made for each individual customer's specific measurements and color request, we can not offer refunds or exchanges. No exceptions.

However, we do value your business and so we offer free alterations! 
If a product does not fit for any reason we are more than happy to alter it so that it will fit you.
Please include a picture of you wearing the costume and a detailed description of the alteration(s) needed, so we can ensure that it fits you perfectly. 

 

*PLEASE NOTE:
All garments must be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days for alterations. We only offer ONE time alterations and do not cover shipping costs.
For any further alterations after the first, there may be a labor charge. 

What do I do, if i can not place an order?

Email a picture of the product you'd like to order along with your phone number and measurements to info@pinkmason.com
